Senios helps technology companies navigate and accelerate agentic development. We connect engineering organisations with experienced coaches who help them establish good practices, avoid expensive mistakes, and give their teams a structured way to learn and improve. Our view is simple: the difference between the teams that get this right and the teams that struggle is rarely talent, and usually experience. We exist to give you access to that experience when you need it.

Why we built Senios
The pace of change in agentic development has left a lot of capable engineering teams without a reliable way to learn from people who have already done the work. There is no shortage of opinion online, but there is very little that is genuinely senior, practical and matched to a team's specific situation. Senios is our answer to that. We do the work of finding the right coach for your circumstances, so you can focus on the work itself.

Co-founder
Raf has spent his career building and scaling technology companies, and has founded and led businesses across consumer and B2B software. He has seen first-hand how much good early guidance matters, and how expensive it is to learn the hard way. He started Senios to give engineering organisations a straightforward route to the kind of senior experience that is otherwise very hard to find.
Andrew Alessi
Co-founder
Andrew is a technologist and product leader who has built and led engineering and product teams in startups. He cares about the practical craft of getting technology adopted well inside an organisation, not just chosen. At Senios he focuses on making sure every engagement is matched carefully and delivers something a team can genuinely build on.
How we work
A concierge, not a marketplace
We are deliberately not a marketplace. We do not ask you to browse profiles or sift through a directory. We take the time to understand what you need, we curate a short and relevant shortlist, and we introduce you. You choose. We think that is a far more useful service than another listings site, and it is how we would want to be treated ourselves.
