About Senios
Senios works on a new category of role: the people companies are hiring to own AI adoption inside their business. The titles vary. AI transformation manager, AI adoption lead, head of AI enablement, and a long tail of others for what is broadly the same job.
We work with the companies hiring for those roles and with the people moving into them.
Why we built it
Why we built Senios
We spent a lot of time working with companies on AI adoption and enablement, and kept meeting the same problem from both sides. Companies had signed off a role they could not describe precisely, while capable people were reading those adverts with no idea whether they qualified.
There is no established route into this work yet, and no settled way to hire for it. That is the gap we work in.
The founders
The people behind Senios
Raf has spent his career building and scaling technology companies, founding and leading businesses across consumer and B2B software. He has seen first-hand how much good early guidance matters, and how expensive it is to learn the hard way.
Andrew is a technologist and product leader who has built and led engineering and product teams in several startups as well as corporate environments. Across gaming, tech and digital ventures, he has shipped award-winning products and scaled user engagement.
