Who we are

Senios is a brand of AgentAya Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16774864) and based in London. We (“we”, “us”) work with companies hiring for AI transformation roles and with the people moving into them. That means we act as an employment agency: we introduce candidates to client employers. AgentAya Limited is the data controller for the personal data described here. For any privacy question, email hello@senios.ai.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you contact us through the form on this site, we collect the details you share: your name, email address, company (if you add it) and your message. If you email us, we keep that correspondence.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we collect limited usage data through the analytics tools listed below, for example pages viewed, approximate location (country/region), device and browser type, and referring site. With your consent, this also includes heatmap and session-replay data that helps us see how pages are used.

Information you give us when you apply for a role. If you apply for a role through this site we collect your name, email address, phone number and LinkedIn profile if you give them, your answers to the application questions (including your right to work in the UK, your notice period and your salary expectation), and the CV file you upload. We save your name, email address and CV as soon as you give them, before you reach the end of the form, so that an application you do not finish can still be considered rather than lost. Please do not include a photograph, your date of birth or any other information you would rather we did not hold — we do not need it.

Cookies and analytics

We use two cookieless tools that need no consent, and two consent-based tools that only run once you accept analytics cookies. Nothing that sets non-essential cookies runs before you choose.

Google Analytics runs in Google’s Consent Mode: until you accept, it operates without cookies and without identifying you. Microsoft Clarity masks text you type into forms by default. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time:

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry, whether you are hiring for a role or moving into one.
• To assess your application against the role you applied for.
• To introduce you to the client employer for that role, with your consent.
• To operate, secure, measure and improve the site.
• To communicate with you about an enquiry, an application or an introduction.

Our legal bases under UK GDPR are: taking steps at your request before entering a contract, for your enquiry or job application; our legitimate interest in running the service, for assessing applications and keeping records; and your consent, both for analytics cookies and for sharing your CV and application with a client employer. You can withdraw either consent at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf:

• Vercel - hosting, storage of uploaded CV files (Dublin region), and cookieless analytics.
• Neon - database hosting for application records (London region).
• Resend - delivery of contact form and application emails.
• Google and Microsoft - analytics, heatmaps and session replays, only with your consent.

Application records are stored in a database hosted in London, and uploaded CV files are stored in Dublin, Ireland. Some of our other providers are based outside the UK, including in the United States. Where data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK adequacy regulations covering the European Economic Area, the UK extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them unless we are still working together. Job applications and uploaded CV files are deleted automatically from our systems 12 months after you apply. A copy of your application also reaches us by email; those mailboxes are cleared at least once a year, and you can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time. Analytics data is retained for the periods set by each provider (typically up to 14 months for Google Analytics and up to one year for Microsoft Clarity).

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, including any CV you have uploaded, to object to processing, and to data portability. You can also withdraw consent for analytics cookies at any time using the control above. To exercise any of these, email hello@senios.ai. You have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk), though we’d appreciate the chance to help first.

If you apply for a role

When you apply, we ask for your explicit consent before we share your CV and application with the client employer for that role. We will not send your details to a client without it, and we do not put every application forward: we assess each one, we may come back to you with follow-up questions, and we introduce the candidates who are the closest fit. Once we do, that employer decides for itself how it uses your information, so it becomes a separate data controller and its own privacy notice applies. You can withdraw consent at any time before we share your details, and afterwards you can ask us who we shared them with.

How we prioritise applications

We calculate an internal relevance score from your application answers so we can order our review queue. It is a fixed formula, not artificial intelligence, and it never rejects anyone automatically — a person reads every application. Your right to work, visa status, location and salary expectation are deliberately excluded from that score. If you would like to know how your application was assessed, just ask.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
