Privacy & cookies
This notice explains what personal data Senios collects, why, and what you can do about it. We keep this deliberately short and plain.

Who we are
Senios is a brand of AgentAya Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16774864) and based in London. We (“we”, “us”) connect engineering organisations with senior agentic development coaches, and AgentAya Limited is the data controller for the personal data described here. What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a briefing (by form, voice or chat), we collect the details you share, such as your name, work email, company, role, and the description of what your team needs. If you email us, we keep that correspondence.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we collect limited usage data through the analytics tools listed below, for example pages viewed, approximate location (country/region), device and browser type, and referring site. With your consent, this also includes heatmap and session-replay data that helps us see how pages are used.
Cookies and analytics
We use two cookieless tools that need no consent, and two consent-based tools that only run once you accept analytics cookies. Nothing that sets non-essential cookies runs before you choose.

Google Analytics runs in Google’s Consent Mode: until you accept, it operates without cookies and without identifying you. Microsoft Clarity masks text you type into forms by default. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time:
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
How we use your information
- To respond to your briefing and put together a shortlist of coaches for you.
- To operate, secure, measure and improve the site.
- To communicate with you about an enquiry or engagement.
Our legal bases under UK GDPR are: taking steps at your request before entering a contract and our legitimate interest in running the service, for briefing and correspondence; and your consent, for analytics cookies (which you can withdraw at any time).
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf:
- Vercel — hosting and cookieless analytics.
- Resend — delivery of briefing emails to us.
- ElevenLabs — processing of voice and chat briefings, if you use those options.
- Google and Microsoft — analytics, heatmaps and session replays, only with your consent.
Some of these providers are based outside the UK, including in the United States. Where data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.
How long we keep it
We keep briefing enquiries for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them unless an engagement proceeds. Analytics data is retained for the periods set by each provider (typically up to 14 months for Google Analytics and up to one year for Microsoft Clarity).
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. You can also withdraw consent for analytics cookies at any time using the control above. To exercise any of these, email hello@senios.ai. You have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk), though we’d appreciate the chance to help first.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
