Assessment and roadmap, followed by fractional coaching

Setting the agentic foundations for a national sports body's commercial team

A national sports organisation wanted to understand where agentic tools could genuinely help its commercial department, rather than adopting them for their own sake. We placed a senior coach with the leadership team to run a deep assessment of the organisation's current capabilities, then build a practical roadmap for the commercial function. The work also examined how the existing and planned technology stack could integrate more effectively, so that early wins would not create problems later. The coach continued on a fractional basis to help the team put the roadmap into practice.

Outcome

A prioritised roadmap the leadership team could act on, and a clearer view of which tools were worth adopting first.

Four-week sprint

Helping a trade publisher's engineering team adopt agentic development safely

An established publisher's engineering team was keen to move quickly on agentic development but wanted to avoid committing to the wrong tooling and patterns. Over a four-week sprint, a coach who had led similar work at a large technology company helped the team establish best practices, set up sensible model routing, and put lightweight guardrails in place. The emphasis was on giving the team the judgement to make good decisions on their own once the sprint ended.

Outcome

A documented set of internal practices and a team confident enough to extend them without outside help.

Workshops over three months

Model routing and internal tooling for a mobile games studio

A mobile games studio building its own internal AI tools needed help getting the underlying decisions right, particularly around choosing the right model for each task and controlling cost. We ran a series of workshops across three months with a coach experienced in production AI tooling. The sessions covered model selection and routing, evaluation, and the internal tooling the studio's engineers would maintain themselves.

Outcome

A clearer routing strategy and internal tools the studio's own team could own and improve.
