How Senios works

Give us a high-level brief. Tell us who you are, what you are looking for, and where you currently are on your journey with your team. The more useful things to share include your main challenges and bottlenecks, any specific area you want more help with, and your current tech stack. If it is helpful, you can also tell us your budget, whether you specifically want someone who has worked in big tech or simply someone highly knowledgeable, and whether you would prefer remote, on-site or hybrid working. You only need to tell us roughly what you are looking for. We will follow up if we need more.

Within two working days, we come back to you with three qualified coaches who are available and suited to your brief. For each one you will see their background, examples of what they have worked on, the companies they have worked for, their areas of expertise, and their rates. No trawling through a directory, and no sales pressure.

You can have a free fifteen-minute call with one of them, or all three. It is a chance to ask questions, get a feel for how they work, and decide who is the right fit. There is no cost and no commitment at this stage.

When you have found a coach you feel good about, you agree the scope, timeline and budget together. This is the first point at which anything is chargeable, and only once you have decided to proceed.

We set everything up so your coach can get started, and we look after the invoicing. From there you have a senior coach working alongside your team.
